Grant Funding Reports
Overview
Grant funding summaries of all provincial and federal grant dollars received and available have been prepared for all municipalities, Métis Settlements, constituencies, and regional services commissions in Alberta.
These reports are based on information current as of March 31, 2011, and provide information for actual funding received for the 2010/11 fiscal year, based on the formulas and eligibility requirements for each program for that year.
The reports list all programs that an entity is eligible to apply for, as well as the amounts received under those programs, if applicable.
Applicant eligibility requirements, funding formulas, and project eligibility vary between grant programs. Additionally, not all eligible applicants for a grant choose to apply for some grants each year, and some are not successful in applying for certain competitive grant programs in a given year. The constituency reports provide a total of the funding received for each entity within the constituency, and do not provide a further breakdown by program.
Information on the eligibility requirements, funding amounts, and funding formulas for each program can be found by viewing the program guidelines found on the individual programs’ web pages.
