Capital Region Board
The Alberta government has now officially established the Capital Region Board, enabling the 25 area municipalities to develop a long-range plan to manage growth over the next 50 years.
Cabinet appointed
On March 12, a new Cabinet was appointed. This ministry was split into Municipal Affairs and the ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
