This page contains links to forms used for submitting property assessment appeals and complaints, reports on the Linear Complaint Workshop, as well as information on the Annexation Process.  Information on Planning and Intermunicipal Disputes will follow.

NOTE:  The Municipal Government Board has modified the Property Assessment - Appeal Form.  For best results the form should be viewed in "Print Preview" format.  The form contains check and text boxes that can be selected to easily complete the form, use the tab key to access these fields.  The form is password protected, however, should you wish to modify the form for the purpose of merging information, please contact the MGB at 780-415-1959 for instructions to remove the password.
