Designated Industrial Property Complaint Filing

  • The complaint filing deadline is stated on the assessment form:
    • Linear Property complaint deadline is April 9, 2018 at 4:30pm (MST); and
    • Designated Industrial Property complaint deadline is May 7, 2018 at 4:30pm (MST).

 

Completed complaint forms and fees (cheques only, payable to the Government of Alberta) must be received in the Edmonton office of the Municipal Government Board on or before the complaint filing deadline.

  • Fee payment must be made by cheque or money order, payable to the Government of Alberta.
  • Payments should be sent care of:

                  Municipal Government Board

                  Edmonton AB T6X 1E9

Hearing Scheduling

  • Hearing dates are scheduled by the Municipal Government Board. All parties will be notified of the dates.
