Farming Operation Definition

Alberta Municipal Affairs, along with municipal and industry stakeholders, has been working on a review of the definition of farming operations.  The review involves the clarification of the definition of farming operations, as well the introduction of woodlots to this definition.  As part of this process, we are asking for stakeholder feedback on the proposed changes and impacts that may arise. We will be using the feedback to determine if any adjustments are needed to the proposed definition.
